Merchandise Description
This listing is for two (2) door lock cylinders and one trunk lock, all keyed alike with black face and two working GM logo keys....just as pictured.
 
The door pair comes with the gaskets and spring clips that hold the pawl/lever on the back of the cylinder.
 
The door locks do NOT come with the lock pawl/lever that goes on the back of the cylinder nor the clips that hold the locks in the door...these parts must be salvaged from your old lock cylinders.
 
The trunk lock does NOT come with any additional parts....they must be salvaged from your old lock.
These locks can be supplied with chrome face...same price...requires message immediately after buying.
 
These locks are made by Strattec....Strattec is an OEM. GM buys these parts from Strattec and packages them under the GM name. They have the same appearance, specifications, and quality as those sold under the GM name.

Extra Services
For an extra fee of $2.50 per key, we can provide extra keys for these locks cut on original GM logo key blanks.
 
For an extra fee of $18.00 (for the set) we can match these locks to fit an existing key. We can often match the locks using a high resolution image of your key...guaranteed if we approve the image. 
 
If you decide to buy and want any extra services, complete the transaction on the lock, but remember to send a message reminding us of the extra services needed. Contact must be made immediately after buying or the locks will be shipped as is/as described.
 
Shipping
We strive to process your order quickly and ship within 24hrs (excluding weekends/holidays) of confirmed payment.
 
We have chosen to use U.S. Postal Service, because on most of our small lightweight packages, it seems to be the less expensive option.
 
Upgrade your domestic shipping to Express for only 19.96.
 
Express delivery is the only method which has a guaranteed delivery date.....not next day to all zip codes.
 
Returns
Below is our ''general'' return policy for those situations where you decide that you don't need the item OR if you misread the description or compatibility chart and mistakenly bought the wrong item.
 
Refunds will be given under the following conditions: Email request for refund must be received within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must be returned uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and preferably in the original undamaged packaging. Buyer pays for original shipping and return shipping.
 
If you receive an item which is not as described OR receive an item which is broken/faulty...in those situations we will take care of you 100%.
 
If you have an item which is not as described or a broken/faulty item, please contact us via email so that we can work out a solution.
 
Payment & Contact Info
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Even if you do not have a Paypal account, they will still process your card for payment...use your card just as you would anywhere credit cards are accepted.
 
Preferred method of contact is through email. Questions are usually replied to within 4 hours...very often within minutes. On occasion (weekends, holidays, very busy times, etc.) it may take 8-12 hours.
